Returns Policy

 

Exchange Size (if applicable)
Footwear, Apparel and gloves are eligible for one-time size exchange only.
Colour exchange or exchange to another item (s) request are not allowed
The exchange request must be submitted through email or contact us within 3 working days upon parcel received from courier service
All item(s) must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact)
Customers must obtain size exchange approval from us before the size exchange request is valid for proceeding

Change of mind
Return due to change of mind are not accepted 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must contact us about any damaged or defective item within 3 working days once received the items you ordered. We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 3 days after delivered.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
